Who we are

If you received an email from us

We send cold email to people in business roles, using business contact details (name, job title, company, work email address, and company location) gathered from public sources such as industry directories, company websites and business registries, and from commercial data providers. We use them only to contact you about business services relevant to your role.

To stop hearing from us, reply "no" or email [email protected]. We add your address to a suppression list the same day, which is how we make sure you aren't contacted again. You can also ask what we hold about you, or for it to be deleted.

Campaigns we run for clients

When we run a campaign for a client, we process facility and property manager business contact data on that client's behalf, under a written agreement with them. Those emails are sent in the client's name, and opting out of one stops all further email from that campaign.

What this site collects

This website is static. It sets no cookies, runs no advertising trackers, and does not fingerprint visitors.

• Server logs. Our hosting provider (Cloudflare Pages) records standard request data including IP address, user agent and requested URL, for security and reliability. Retention is governed by Cloudflare's own policy.
• Booking. Scheduling a call is handled by Calendly, a third party. What you submit there is governed by Calendly's privacy policy as well as this one.
• Email. If you email us, we keep that correspondence in order to reply and to keep a record of the engagement.

Service providers

Contact data is stored and sent using third-party providers for data storage, email verification and email sending, each bound by its own data protection terms. We do not sell personal data.

Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, or object to its use, by emailing [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. If you ask us to delete your data, we keep only your email address on the suppression list, so that we can keep honoring your opt-out.

Retention

Campaign contact data is kept while it is useful for outreach and deleted when it isn't. Suppression entries are kept indefinitely. Correspondence and engagement records are kept only as long as our contractual and accounting obligations require.

Changes

If this policy changes materially, the revised version replaces this one on this page.
